Charles Tigerman is a business/transactions and technology lawyer who focuses on advising middle-market technology companies, emerging growth companies, and development stage companies in the areas of intellectual property, business licensing, the internet, and multi-media. He has particular expertise in software and other technology licensing; technology transfer, distribution, and marketing agreements; capital formation, venture capital and financing transactions; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; and commercial contracts.
